PAYMENTS
All payments are due at the last scheduled service of the week, or the day of service for non-weekly clients. We currently accept cash or check only.

If payment is made by check, please ensure sufficient funds are available. Any returned or bounced check will result in a $30 returned check fee. Services will be paused until the balance is paid in full.

If payment is not received within 3 days of the due date, a $3 late fee per day will be applied for up to 30 days. If the balance remains unpaid after this period, Barking Woof Buddies reserves the right to pursue legal action and terminate services.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled visit fee.

PET SITTING SERVICES
Full payment is due two (2) weeks prior to the first scheduled pet sitting service. If payment is not received by this deadline, all services will be voided and Barking Woof Buddies will not be responsible for providing pet care.

For clients traveling, we assume your return date is the date you have provided. Any additional visits beyond the originally scheduled dates must be requested and approved in advance. We are not responsible for providing care for unbooked dates unless prior arrangements have been made.

ENTRANCE & KEYS
A secure lockbox is required at the client’s property. If a garage code is provided, a physical spare key must also be kept on the property in case of power outages or dead batteries.

If we are unable to access your home upon arrival, you will be charged 100% of the visit fee. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe and reliable access at all scheduled visit times.

During inclement weather, walkways and driveways must be properly shoveled, plowed, and/or salted to ensure the safety of your pets and our pet care specialists.

EMERGENCY CARE
In the event of an emergency while your pet is in our care, Barking Woof Buddies has permission to seek veterinary treatment immediately. If your primary veterinarian is not the closest available option, you authorize us to transport your pet to the nearest veterinary facility. You will be contacted as soon as possible.

PHOTOS & MARKETING
By signing this agreement, you consent to Barking Woof Buddies using photos of your pet for social media, website, and marketing purposes.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Barking Woof Buddies is a force-free company. We prioritize positive, enjoyable experiences for every dog in our care. We do not use or support shock collars and rely on positive reinforcement.

BOOKINGS & SCHEDULING
Our weekly schedule is finalized by Sunday evening. Requests submitted by Sunday are more likely to be accommodated. Last-minute or random bookings are not guaranteed and must be approved.

Requested visit times are subject to a 2-hour arrival window, though we always do our best to accommodate your preferred time.

AGREEMENT
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all policies and procedures set forth by Barking Woof Buddies.
